Overview
At Woodora, we value your trust and satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. We aim to ensure every customer enjoys a positive aura with our wooden products, and we handle each return with care.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned include:
- Customized or personalized wooden products
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Health or personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items or discounted products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please email us at contact.woodora@gmail.com with your order details.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present later, the refund will be sent directly to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to our warehouse address (provided via email upon approval of your return request). For any queries, contact us at contact.woodora@gmail.com.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
